Here are our estimated shipping delivery times:

  • USA: 3-4 business days 
  • Canada: 6­-10 business days 
  • World: 5-20 business days

Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering. 

 

International shipping: 

International shipments may incur customs fees. The customs policy is different in each country, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. 

We do not take responsibility for customs fees. 

 

Order never arrived: 

If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know!

First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however, it will have to be at your cost. 

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at rr-riders@outlook.com making sure you quote your order number. We’ll see what can be done.

 

 

Damaged items: 

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If an order arrives damaged, then please get in touch with a photo within a week’s time! Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received.

Wrong Address:

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable). After 4 weeks unclaimed orders won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

 

Wrong size: 

If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mis-labelled. All of our products are customized at the time of your order; therefore, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizes. If you would like a different size you would need to place a new order at your expense for a product in another size. 

Riverbend Ridge Riders does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

 

Notification for EU consumers:

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

  1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
    2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore, Riverbend ridge Riders reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
